Our charging and courtesy meal policies are in place to ensure no student goes without a balanced meal, regardless of their account balance or payment status. This initiative allows members of the community to contribute funds to help cover the negative balance of student meal accounts.

I take the care of the children in my community seriously, unlike our State Legislators, as proven by the latest education funding vote. If our Legislators are going to tax us to the point that we can't afford to live in Austin any longer, the least they could do is give our children enough money for an adequate education.
